ApprovedNurture Genie Lead Radar reads your council's planning decisions, finds the homeowners who will soon need a new kitchen, bathroom or builder, and sends each one a letter about their own project. Then it tells you who replied.
The routine takes about ten minutes. Nothing is posted until you press send.
Monday morning
Overnight it checks your council's new decisions and prepares a letter for every approved extension, conversion and new home in your patch. You get an email.
Monday, over a coffee
Untick anyone you don't want, then print the letters at home or send them through Stannp, who print and post them for you. Each letter mentions the homeowner's own project.
The weeks after
Every letter has its own QR code, so replies land against the right address. Follow-ups are due when the builders are likely to start, and the Results page shows cost per reply.
Four kinds of people about to spend money on their home, plus the trades who can send work your way.

Most councils in England and Wales use the same planning system (Idox Public Access), and Nurture Genie Lead Radar reads those directly. You add your council's planning website during setup and it checks the address works. Every council is also covered more broadly through PlanIt.
Yes. Under UK GDPR you can write to a postal address about your business under legitimate interests, as long as you say who you are, make it easy to opt out, and stop when asked. Every letter carries a "No more letters" option, and anyone who uses it is never written to again.
Only if you want letters printed and posted for you. Without it you can print letters and address labels at home. If you use Stannp, you pay them directly for printing and postage.
You choose whether to subscribe. If you don't, your account pauses and nothing more is sent. Your data stays put for 60 days in case you come back.
