Nurture Genie Lead Radar

Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026.

These terms are between Nurture Genie ("we") and the business that signs up for Nurture Genie Lead Radar ("you").

The service

Nurture Genie Lead Radar helps you find people who may want your services, using public sources such as council planning records, HM Land Registry price paid data and Companies House, and helps you write to them. We keep improving it, and features may change.

Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a free trial. After that, the service continues only with a paid subscription, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and the service then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part months.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the letters you send and for following the law when you contact people, including UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. You must honour any request to stop contacting someone. You pay any print or postage company (such as Stannp) directly for their services.

You must not use the service to send anything misleading, offensive or unlawful, to contact people who have asked you not to, or to resell the data it shows you.

Third-party data and services

Planning, property and company information comes from public sources that can be incomplete, late or wrong. We don't guarantee its accuracy or that any letter will lead to work. Services you connect, such as Stannp, Google or GoHighLevel, have their own terms.

Your data

The leads, letters and notes in your account are yours. You can export them from your account page at any time. If your account is closed, we keep your data for 60 days and then delete it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Ending the service

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid. We'll give at least 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
